Every business no matter how large or small needs a plan. Our marketing plans can be as little as a few pages which outline exactly what needs to be done to fix a problem, or an exhaustive dis assembly of your marketing and brand, followed by a recreation, rebuild and relaunch.

This plan will identify what it is that the business does, what it is really good at, what the market or customer need is, and how you can best deliver that need whilst differentiating yourself from others in the same industry. Basically it’s a collection of ideas and strategies that you can implement over a certain period of time in order to grow your business. It should address areas such as your target market, marketing communications, advertising, promotions, pricing, competition…and lots more!

The ”Plan” as such is a living, breathing document – it’s not something that you put on the shelf and refer to every time something goes wrong. The Plan must be used as a road map with steps and directions on what needs to be done to get to your destination. But once the journey starts, it’s up to you to ensure you implement, maintain, and develop everything that is suggested in the Plan.
